Codecool is a leading digital educator and sourcer in the CEE region with more than 1200+ graduated students placed in developer jobs at 200+ corporate partners, 700+ students in training currently, and 5M EUR revenue in 2020. Codecool has campuses operating already at 5 locations in 4 countries: Budapest (in Hungary), Krakow and Warsaw (in Poland), Bucharest (in Romania) and Vienna (in Austria).


Besides our flagship product (outsourcing junior developers) the next mission of Codecool is to provide B2B trainings to all the companies who are ready to upskill or reskill their employees and they are open to a revolutionary way of learning. Our business development manager will be responsible for finding all the possible partners who are ready for that. She/he will be joining our Sales & Recruitment team of 5 people. Due to the track record of our sourcing huge amount of junior developers and also providing some B2B courses to our partners, we have already achieved more than 170 partnerships in Hungary, but our new sales manager will be the one who will take the B2B training service line to a next level.


Tasks

  • Building and establishing long-term business partnerships
  • Upselling B2B trainings
  • Understanding the needs of the market and the partner companies regarding upskilling and reskilling
  • Administrating and forecasting business opportunities and taking part in building up new B2B training team
  • Creating proposals
  • Working closely with the B2B project manager and other departments within the company


Requirements

  • You have previous experience in sales roles (preferably focusing on hunting )
  • You are confident in writing and communicating in English
  • You have the ability to work independently and taking ownership of sales projects
  • You have the ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
  • You know what it takes to be an outstanding salesperson: first listen, then act
